NSN Holdings International Uganda Ltd. is a company founded in Uganda that creates economic projects with innovative concepts. These give the local population an opportunity to generate income in the future and to sustainably improve their quality of life and standard of living.
The aim of NSN is to achieve that value added steps are provided locally and that “value added services” are used.
By teaching and training the local population for the necessary activities in the projects, a contribution to education is to be made.
The company is committed to fair trade. In addition to the focus on measures to promote independence, partnerships with mutual benefits and sustainable concepts are supported.
Projects are not only initialized, but also accompanied.
During the implementation phase, NSN checks that the course of the project leads to the successful implementation desired by all participants.
In local production, NSN pays attention to ethically justifiable practices, taking into account local social aspects and the strengthening of the socially weak, environmental protection and high standards with regard to sustainable cultivation and production methods.

The concepts developed by the NSN are presented to the responsible Ugandan ministries and institutions, further developed in close cooperation with them and accompanied through to implementation and beyond.
For our first project that was turned into a legal company, “Floras Best Greenhouses LTD“, we are in collaboration with Bukalasa Agricultural College, as well as experts from Makerere University.
To get our aquaculture projects going, we work together with experts from Germany, but also the Fisheries Training Institute in Entebbe, experts from Makerere University, as well as farmers and breeders who already work in the area and are interested in both-way beneficial business partnerships.
NSN presents investors on site and brings them together with the right contacts in Uganda. In order to ensure an efficient process, NSN accompanies the investor and supports him in all further questions concerning the project. This is done in close cooperation with the Ugandan government and the local authorities.
In this way, the Ugandan government and the investor can bring the desired projects – which are helpful for the economic development of the country – to mutual success.
The NSN maintains close contacts to a network of experts from various industries as well as to universities and research centre’s in Germany and worldwide. This know-how is made available for a wide range of projects, which also enables the use of the latest innovative technologies in Uganda.
Before fully engaging in a project as a business, we approach experts from Europe and Africa to get an in-depth understanding of the topic. Depending on the personal relationship and interests, we try to win said experts as consultants for our firm or as long-term businesspartners. In our experience, a good relationship fosters innovative and creative ideas and often-times, the most ingenous ideas come from the people working hands-on here in Uganda.
